We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and tidy common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The parking was convenient and easily accessible, providing us with peace of mind for our rental car. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking scenery that made us feel like we were in a dream. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. But what really stood out was the staff, who were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They made us feel like valued guests and their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.
Almost perfect.

This hidden gem in the Dolomites offers stunning scenery and a warm atmosphere. the comfortable and clean rooms make for a relaxing stay, while the friendly staff goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at affordable prices. Plus, the location provides easy access to hiking trails and picturesque views.
It would be more convenient if the hotel offered complimentary water and tea kettle refills without additional charges.

The location of the hotel was incredible, nestled in a picture-perfect setting with stunning views around. the cleanliness of the rooms was brilliant and the staff were so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also loved the fact that the hotel had an excellent restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food with great value for money.
That the hotel charged for bottled water and tea kettle which seemed a bit of a letdown. It would have been better if they reviewed their water policies.

The mountain view was fantastic, and the food was really good. They had a great variety of dishes, and the service was quite satisfactory. the location was perfect; you could walk to nearby stores and restaurants easily.
Our experience was not perfect, as the water was quite pricey, and we had to pay for every bottle of water we drank. , while the staff was kind, they could have been a bit more attentive and friendly, especially during the new year's celebrations, which was the whole reason we stayed there.
